A City Sleeps is Harmonix's new Music-Driven Shoot'em up

Music kills. Rock Band creator, Harmonix, just announced their newest project, A City Sleeps.

A City Sleeps has you playing as Poe, a person who can dive into people’s dreams and expel them of demons. When a city-wide slumber hits the people of SanLo, it’s up to Poe to use her dream exorcist powers in order to save the day.

In typical Harmonix fashion, A City Sleeps will use music as a heavy part of the game’s twin-stick combat mechanics. Personally, I like seeing Harmonix trying new things that don’t involved plastic drum sets.

A City Sleeps with be available this October on PC.
