A Costly Christmas Present: You can now Buy Kazunori Yamauchi’s Race Car

on December 26, 2011 12:00 PM

If you follow DualShockers you probably know that this year the father of the Gran Turismo series Kazunori Yamauchi raced in the Nurburgring 24h endurance race, achieving an epic victory in his class.

What does this have to do with Christmas? Well, if you have 120,000 Euros and you don’t know where to spend them, now you can buy the actual Schultze Motorsport Nissan GTR R35 that carried Yamauchi to victory and that appeared in the Line-up of Gran Turismo 5 with the Spec 2.0 update.

The car could be the perfect belated Christmas present for your geek boyfriend (that will then proceed to strip it of everything not indispensable and turn it in a Gran Turismo Cockpit, no doubt).

It’s actually not even that costly, considering that it’s a fully race-prepped GTR. You can find it on motorsportmarkt.de.
