Publisher Vertigo Games shared a trailer to announce the VR puzzle adventure game A Fisherman's Tale. Hadrien Lanvin, CEO of the game's developer Innerspace VR, discussed the game and shared some screenshots on PlayStation's blog.

The announcement trailer introduces the eponymous fisherman, a handmade puppet named Bob who lives a simple life in a model lighthouse. In the center of his room is a perfect model of the lighthouse he inhabits that is exact in every detail with another fisherman dwelling inside.

In this game of worlds within worlds, the fisherman is oblivious to anything outside of his lighthouse until he wakes up to find that all of his windows have been boarded up and the door locked. To top it off, his shell collection warns him that a huge storm is looming outside. Bob will have to make it to the top of the lighthouse before The Big Storm by solving mind-bending puzzles and will realize that the world outside his lighthouse is not what he expected.

You can check out the announcement trailer and some of the screenshots below. A Fisherman's Tale will be available sometime this year for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Windows Mixed Reality VR headsets.
