Today, TVHead Games' Swol Quest launched on Steam Greenlight, as well as received a new trailer.

What is Swol Quest?

Swol Quest is a narrative, action-adventure game dealing with issues of body image and masculinity.

The side-scrolling push-em-down gameplay inspired by Double Dragon and River City Ransom, while the narrative and adventure bits are closer to the NES Zeldatitles.

Unlock the secrets to getting swol as you explore the underside of Walnut Grove High, home of the Nutcrackers. Get ripped, pump iron, and dethrone Yobobo Jones to become King of Walnut Grove.

Chat with teachers, students, and even the lunch lady to get inside tips on how to put on muscle. Everyone has advice, but who should you trust? Level up and push down the bullies that once made your life hell.

In case you don't know: Steam Greenlight is a system that enlists the community's help in picking some of the new games to be released on Steam. Developers post information, screenshots, and video for their game and seek a critical mass of community support in order to get selected for distribution. Basically, you thumbs up the games you like.

Swol Quest is in development for PC and Mac. Currently, there is no release date. But there is a new trailer -- check it out below:
