Activision Being Sued by Former Infinity Ward Employees

Looks like David is going after Goliath. A suit has been filed by former Infinity Ward employees Jason West and Vince Zampella. The suit lists “Breach of Contract” as the most eye catching. Each was set to be paid royalty from the release of Modern Warfare 2, and both were let go for insubordination and breach of fiduciary duty before any payment was made. Each are also asking for their rights to the Modern Warfare name to be reinstated. Sounds like Activision is in for some Modern Warfare of their own. Sound off and let DualShockers know what, if anything, you think of this. DualShockers will update this story when additional details are released.
