While it may seem like we just got done with E3 (especially as someone who was actually there), we have another huge gaming convention literally right around the corner: Gamescom. Starting Tuesday, August 21, 2018, tons of publishers from around the world will meet to show off their new and upcoming games and, today, Activision announced exactly what they'll be showing.

Easily the biggest surprise is that Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice will be playable for the first time at Gamescom 2018. While DualShockers was able to check out a hands-off preview at E3 2018, this will be the first time anyone in the public will be able to actually play the game with their own two hands.

Another cool addition is that attendees will be able to play a brand new map from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's multiplayer, although beyond that we have no other details as to what said map is. This may change, however, in the days leading up to Gamescom (similar to the map Frequency showed off at E3) but nothing is confirmed.

Finally, attendees will also be able to get their hands on both the Spyro: Year of the Dragon portion of Spyro The Reignited Trilogy on Xbox and the brand new Destiny 2 expansion: Forsaken.

Destiny 2: Forsaken, Spyro The Reignited Trilogyand Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 are all set to launch on September 4, September 21, and October 12, 2018, respectively, while Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is set to hit store shelves sometime in 2019.
