If you're a fan of Activision's games and you want to see employees of the mega-publisher play them then you may be interested in this. Today, it was revealed that the company will be starting to stream on a weekly basis on Twitch, starting today with over an hour of Call of Duty: WWII.

While, of course, this allows the publisher to show off some of their most popular games, it was also confirmed that the Twitch channel will be used to host news announcements as well, much to the excitement of fans. The company also confirmed that the developers of the games they play will also make appearances from time to time, although the full streaming schedule has yet to be determined.

Activision revealed that while today marks the start of streaming schedule, they will be going live every Wednesday, meaning the next time they plan to go live will be March 28, 2018.

Call of Duty: WWII was released late last year, and just recently received a new community event called Operation: Shamrock and Awe.
