After Conquering Pokemon and Halo, The Latest Livestreaming Sensation is Twitch Plays Dark Souls

Last year, Twitch took the internet by storm with its livestreaming experiment “Twitch Plays Pokemon,” and after trouncing through every generation of Pokemon and dabbling in some Halo: Combat Evolved, the project is taking on a significantly more challenging game with Dark Souls.

A new livestream has gone underway on Twitch called “Can Twitch Play Dark Souls?” – a hilarious title admitting that even Twitch may not be able to conquer a game that is notorious for its difficulty. As with previous titles, the game is mapped to commands that players can input through the stream chat: however, with hundreds of people putting in commands within seconds, it leads to some hilarious moments and in the case of Dark Souls, surely leads to a lot of death.

Dark Souls is currently being played now through the “Can Twitch Play Dark Souls?” livestream…though it may take a while. In the meantime, you can check out the stream below:
