Yesterday the final ceremony of the Hollywood Music in Media Awards (HMMA) has been held, and there's good news for MMORPG fans. Knut Avenstroup Haugen won the award for the Original Song – Video Game category with "The Coast of Ardashir" from The Savage Coast of Turan adventure pack of Age of Conan.

The song, composed, orchestrated, mixed and produced by Haugen, was graced by the lovely voiced of Aubrey Ashburn and performed by The City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra.

The song beat the other nominees from Dragon Age 2, Alive: MX vs. ATV and LittleBigPlanet 2.

If you read my recent re-review of Age of Conan, you probably won't be too surprised, considering that it's probably the MMORPG with the best soundtrack on the market at the moment.
