Agents of Mayhem is quietly gaining traction and quickly becoming a highly anticipated game. Deep Silver released a new trailer for the game today called Ride to Mayhem, in which we get an up close look at some of the game’s weapons and vehicles.

As a third person, single player, open-world action game, Agents of Mayhem will let us control the Franchise Force. These three are Hollywood, Fortune and Hardtack – agents of the Mayhem organization set to become the face of the franchise. More agents will be available for the game and announced at a later time.

Combat will utilize a variety of vehicles and weapons, with players able to swap agents on the fly due to their teleportation ability. Switching agents on the go allows for some to heal while others fight, and also to make sure you have the one with the abilities best suited for the fight at hand in the game when you need them.

Set to the themes of TV’s Knight Rider and Magnum P.I., the Ride to Mayhem trailer shows many of the vehicles we can expect to receive from the game’s automotive genius Quartermile. Each car will come equipped with an AI, allowing us to have conversations regarding the very carnage we’re creating.

Agents of Mayhem takes place in Seoul, and the agents must take down the supervillain organization Legion and its leader Morningstar. The excitement for the game is brewing, and fans seem to be excited for Deep Silver and Volition’s new twist on the action genre.

All pre-orders of the game include the Legal Action Pending DLC, which grants you day one access to six cosplay skins for the agents. It will be available on both Xbox One and PS4 as well as PC when Agents of Mayhem launches on August 15th (North America) and August 18th (Europe).

Take a look at the trailer below.

I live in New Jersey with my three children and beautiful wife, who for some reason is cool with me talking about video games as much as I do. I also like asking weird questions, such as what would happen if Pinocchio said "My nose will grow right now?"
