Today, Poland-based developer Madmind Studio released a new trailer for its first-person psychological, survival horror game, Agony, which is set to release sometime in Q2 2017 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Specifically, the trailer teases the game's Demons, who will receive a gameplay reveal trailer on February 28, 2017.

First time hearing about Agony? No problem, here's a brief overview provided by the developer itself:

You will begin your journey as a tormented soul within the depths of hell, without any memories about your past.

The special ability to control people on your path, and even possess simple minded demons, gives you the necessary measures to survive in the extreme conditions you are in.

By exploring the hostile environment and interacting with other weary souls of the hellscape, the hero will soon understand that there is only one way to escape from Hell, and it will require meeting the mystical Red Goddess.

The once Kickstarter hopeful title, is personally, some of the scariest and creepiest stuff I've seen from a video game in quite some time. If the final game turns out as good as the trailers suggest it could be, we, in my opinion, could have a great horror game on the way.
