Akuma Revealed as New Street Fighter V Character, Playable at PlayStation Experience

At the end of the Red Bull Battleground tournament, Capcom showcased a brief teaser trailer revealing that Akuma is coming to Street Fighter V.

No gameplay was shown, but the fan favorite baddie will be playable at PlayStation Experience in Anaheim between December 3rd and 4th.

Funnily, Street Fighter V won’t be the first among this generation of fighting games to get Akuma, as he has been already implemented as a guest character in Tekken 7, even if Bandai Namco’s fighting game has been released only in the arcades so far, with a console version coming early next year. Looks like Street Fighter fans might get Akuma first at least on consoles.
