The first-ever Character Event Wish-2 banners rerun is happening right now in Genshin Impact 2.3, with Albedo and Eula leading the march, which one should you pull?

Albedo is a Geo, Sword character with a kit geared toward support. As in, he's not the kind of character you'll keep on the field, but either just trigger his Elemental Skill or Burst and then switch to another character. He can also work as a Sub DPS with pretty much any other character in the party.

Meanwhile, Eula (nicknamed End-User License Agreement by fans) is a Cryo Claymore character built as a main DPS focusing on Physical DMG. As in, you'll keep her on the field a lot, using her Normal/Auto Attack, Skill, and Burst. Eula would work well with Shield makers and other support characters in her party.

Genshin Impact rerun - Eula Vs Albedo, who should you pull

This is all objectively speaking, but Eula is a much bigger DPS dealer thanks to her Elemental Burst which deals huge Phys DMG if correctly used. However, Albedo is a great Geo character, support, and can be a huge DPS especially if you plan to expand your Geo team.

You objectively have two choices. If you're planning to pull Arataki Itto and Gorou, then getting Albedo would be much more efficient as he'll become much stronger thanks to Gorou.

Otherwise, you should pull Eula. Though you should also keep in mind she's not too beginner's friendly. You need to know how to avoid most of the enemies' patterns and when to activate her Elemental Burst with the right timing if you want to get as much DMG out of it as possible. Eula's Elemental Burst basically deals DMG proportional to the number of times you hit enemies during a short timeframe. You need to maximize that and it's not always easy.

Now, subjectively speaking, I definitely suggest pulling the character you like the most between Eula and Albedo. Be it their charater design, voice, personality, or gameplay. Just pick who you like.

Long story short, objectively, you should pull Eula for a really good DPS, or pull Albedo if you're also planning to pull Itto and Gorou. Subjectively, just pull the one between the two that you want to marry the most. That's my personal advice.
