Mario Kart Tour features 25 original tracks, and in the near future, we are going to see some of them coming to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe!

Last night was a pretty big one for Nintendo Switch owners as they received many new trailers from upcoming content and titles to Nintendo Switch. The fun was double for kart racer fans as they got to witness the next phase of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe content as well as the announcement of a similar title from Disney!

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is supposed to get a gigantic number of 48 tracks from different Mario Kart entries from the past, including Mario Kart Tour, a mobile game that received less love from fans than the other Mario Kart games.

The first wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe maps has already been revealed, which includes the first variant of Tokyo Blur from Mario Kart Tour. Wave 1 will be available on March 18 this year. The other waves will all be released by the end of 2023.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is now available on Nintendo Switch. It's worth noting that Wii U players of Mario Kart 8 will not receive the new map collection.

Regarding the fact that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will receive new content until the end of 2023, we probably won't see anything from Mario Kart 9 officially until then.
