During today's Nintendo Direct, Atlus took the spotlight to announced that that their RPG The Alliance Alive will receive a western release date in early 2018.

Released in Japan on June 22, The Alliance Alive tells the story of nine characters set thousand of years ago in a world that has been invaded by “Asmodians.” These Asmodians were in search of a strange energy that called “Chaos Energy”.

Humans must fight against this enemy in a struggle to regain control of their world and defeat the invading enemies.

The game features explorable towns and dungeons as well as a turn-based battle system. More information will come soon about the western release of the game.

Atlus seems to be keeping their focus on the 3DS handheld as they show support for it into 2018. We played another of their upcoming titles, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology, which is a remaster of a classic RPG for DS which adds story content, improved visuals and refined battle system UI.
