Nintendo's relaxing Animal Crossing: New Horizons launched on March 20 after months of hype through Nintendo Directs. Now it's here, people are discovering more and more things that you can do on their peaceful islands. One of those things is going to the toilet!

In Animal Crossing: New Horizons you're able to eat up to 10 pieces of fruit as a way of increasing your strength —or energy—. This allows you to, for example smash a rock into pieces with a shovel or dig an entire tree out of the ground and somehow store it into your pockets.

However, some users who have located a toilet, either from shaking trees or purchasing it from the shop, have discovered that their character can actually use it. Players can use the toilet in a similar way to a chair by sitting down on it.

If you've consumed fruit and haven't used up all the energy, once your characters buttocks touch the seat, a weird plopping sound plays out as the energy counter depletes. One. By. One. Once your character's bowels are empty they say, "That takes care of that!" and hop off the toilet without wiping or even washing their hands. Disgusting.

You can check out the video and photo below, captured by some Twitter users who have been surprised about the feature. Death Stranding by Kojima Productions allowed players to perform a number one and a number two, and now Animal Crossing: New Horizons is at it. In the meantime, I've not found a toilet, so now I'm worried my character is running around constipated with peaches.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is available for Nintendo Switch.
