Today’s issue of Weekly Famitsu included the first glimpse on the newly announced visual novel/adventure game by Nippon Ichi Software, Tsuiho Senkyo (Exile Election).

The game sees twelve boys and girls surviving the destruction of the human race. A mysterious mechanical doll named Alice, that fancies herself (or himself?) as the “administrator” of the survivors of the human race leads them to an abandoned amusement park where an “election” is supposed to be held. Of course, this will be revealed as a life and death game.

The game is already 90% complete, and will be released in Japan for PS4 and PS Vita on April 27th.

The protagonist, Kaname Ichijo, is able to focus by wearing a pair of noise cancelling headphones. More information on the gameplay has been promised for the next issue of Weekly Famitsu.

You can check out the first screenshots below, alongside artwork for the whole cast. Of course, keep in mind that we’re looking at magazine scans, so the quality is what it is, and is not comparable to direct feed screenshots.
