Anthem from developer BioWare is easily one of the most anticipated new titles that will be shown during EA's portion of E3, and ahead of E3 2018 kicking off just over a week from now, the publisher has revealed what to expect from its showcase for the title, alongside a new teaser.

EA published a new blog post detailing what it has in store for Anthem, and also released a brief teaser with some new cinematic footage from the game. Along with the teaser, EA explained that Anthem will play a large part in the company's upcoming EA Play event during E3, and will release several bits of new material from the game at the event, starting at 11am PT on June 9th, 2018.

Specifically, that will include a brand new trailer that "delves into the dangerous world of Anthem," and which will also show "a glimpse into the story, characters, and monsters that bring the game to life."

EA will also be showing gameplay footage to build off of the game's reveal last year, an "in-depth" display of the game's combat mechanics and Javelin exosuit, insights and commentary from several members of the development team at BioWare (including BioWare general manager Casey Hudson), and a look at concept and production art from the game's development.

Anthem is currently in development for PS4, Xbox One, and PC and expected to release in March 2019. For more on the game, you can check out the recently-released key art from BioWare, and you can check out the new teaser clip from EA below:
