During Electronic Arts' quarterly earnings conference call, Chief Executive Officer Andrew Wilson announced that BioWare's upcoming action-RPG Anthem will be released in Q4 of fiscal year 2019. This means between January 1st, 2019, and March 31st of the same year.

On the other hand, a new Battlefield has been confirmed to come in the third quarter of fiscal year 2018 (between October 1st and December 31st).

Anthem was supposed to launch in the fall of 2018, but apparently, EA decided to provide BioWare with more time for polish and tweaking.

Anthem will release for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We haven't heard much about the game lately, besides a few comments from EA's executives, and from developers at BioWare.

For now, we have seen just a bit of footage around E3 2017. In case you missed it, you can check out the teaser trailer, and the spectacular gameplay reveal that was showcased at Microsoft's press conference.
