Apex Legends Ranked Reloaded
With the beginning of Season 13, Apex fans can expect Ranked Play to evolve into an improved experience for all. According to Respawn, the current Ranked goals revolve around two main pillars:
- Teamplay for Victory
- Accurate Skill & Better Competition
With these two pillars in mind, the developers are aiming to expand on them and have the following outcomes:
- Players will focus on playing as a team and playing for the win.
- RP will be a more accurate representation of your overall game skill.
This means that everyone on a team will receive some RP when one of them gets a kill, as well as the removal of the kill RP cap. The base value of each kill is now worth increasingly less, down to a minimum.
Respawn has got plenty of other changes coming to Ranked Play in Season 13, as the developers state that this is just the beginning of the ongoing journey to evolve and improve the Ranked experience.
