Fable and Project Cars 2 are April 2020 Xbox Games With Gold

Hey, chicken chaser! Fable Anniversary and Project Cars 2 are two of four titles included in the April 2020 Xbox Games with Gold lineup.

Have you ever wanted to explore the lands of Albion? Maybe you wanted to drive a go-kart competitively. Either way, you’ll bee able to do both as Fable and Project Cars 2 are the Xbox Games with Gold for April 2020.

Like previous months, the Xbox Games with Gold lineup for April 2020 will include four games; two for Xbox One and two for Xbox 360. Project Cars 2 for Xbox One and Fable Anniversary for Xbox 360 will kick things off on April 1. On April 16, Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle for Xbox One and Toybox Turbos for Xbox 360 will become available. It should be noted the Xbox 360 games will be playable on Xbox One via Backwards Compatibility.

Each April 2020 Xbox Games with Gold title will be available during a certain period of time. Here is a list of all the games and how long they will be available:

  • Project Cars 2 – April 1 to 30 on Xbox One
  • Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle – April 16 to May 15 on Xbox One
  • Fable Anniversary – April 1 to 15 for Xbox One and Xbox 360
  • Toybox Turbos – April 16 to 30 on Xbox One and Xbox 360

To get access to the Xbox Games with Gold titles, you will need to be an Xbox Live Gold member. Not only will you get free games every month, but you will also receive discounts on the Microsoft Store and access to the console’s multiplayer service.

You can also join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which includes the previously mentioned benefits, as well as access to over 100 games from the Xbox Game Pass service. Right now, a month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a dollar.

Fable Anniversary is one of my favorite games of all time. Developed by Lionhead Studios, you play as a boy whose family was murdered by bandits during a raid in your hometown Oakvale. A mage named Maze finds you with nothing and takes you to the Heroes’ Guild to become a hero. It may not have aged well, but I still play it on occasion and have a blast every time.
