GamesCom 2010: Arcania: Gothic IV Trailer

By Chad Awkerman

August 20, 2010

The latest game in the Gothic franchise aims to kick it up a notch, with some pretty slick visuals and a story that takes place 10 years after the end of Gothic III. This trailer was revealed at GamesCom today and gives you a vague glimpse of the story. It also has some pretty heroic-sounding music that actually reminded me of Star Wars, for some reason. Are you picking up on the same vibe as I am? I’ve lodged the trailer after the break so you can check it out for yourself. Arcania: Gothic IV ships for Windows PC and Xbox 360 on October 12, 2010.
