Post-credits scenes have become insanely popular over the past few years. That's why fans were hoping for one in Army of the Dead as well. Also, many fans wonder if there was a post-credit scene in the theatrical release that was cut out from the Netflix version.

Is There a Post-Credit Scene in Army of the Dead?

The short answer to this question is NO; there isn't any post-credit scene in Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead movie. And since was no after-credit scene in the theatrical release, nothing was cut out from the Netflix version.

The Army of the Dead anime series is already in the making, along with a live-action prequel. So, it's clear that Zack Snyder wants to create his own zombie universe consisting of several movies/TV Series. And that's why fans were expecting a post-credit scene teasing a potential sequel for Army of the Dead.

However, since the AOFD Sequel isn't confirmed, movie creators didn't see sense in putting out a post-credit in the movie.

Nevertheless, that doesn't exactly mean that the Army of the Dead sequel is out of the equation. Snyder pretty much made it clear that the first movie will kick off an incredible franchise. But right now, besides Army of Thieves and an anime adaptation, we have nothing else to look forward to in the AOFD Zombie universe.
