Ubisoft has announced today that the composer of the acclaimed Assassin's Creed 2 score will be reprising his role for the upcoming Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, due out next month on PS3 and Xbox 360. Speaking about the project, and how it differs from the previous Creed, Kyd said,

"Researching the history of the Borgia Family it became clear early on that Assassin's Creed Brotherhood would require a very dark score in order to match the Borgias' aspirations to become the rulers of Italy. The music reflects the compelling story of Ezio as a Master Assassin going up against the Borgias."

The entire soundtrack will be available for digital download via iTunes the same day as the game drops, November 16th.
