Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and will be published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii U between late October and late November of this year. You can view the complete list of achievements below.
