Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s Final DLC Episode – Judgment of Atlantis – is Out July 16
The final episode in the Assassin's Creed Odyssey DLC campaign has a release date. The Judgment of Atlantis is out on July 16.
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has boasted a beefy post-release content drop. Ubisoft kicked things off with three episodes in the Legacy of the First Blade campaign. Then, they began The Fate of Atlantis, second big DLC arc. The final episode of that storyline is out later this month, Ubisoft revealed today.
Details are currently very scarce. However, it feels safe to assume that this final episode will deliver a similar quality and quantity of content as the first two. The first episode took players to the Fields of Elysium where they faced off against Persephone, the daughter of Demeter and Zeus. The second saw players square off against Hades in the underworld. Now, we’ll finally see Poseidon in action and presumably fully explore the fate of Atlantis.
Given the past episodes, I would also expect to see some new super-powered skills added. Additionally, each episode has built upon the Isu soldiers and metal Kolossi, so it seems within reason to expect more of that as well.
We should learn more about the final episode in the coming days. I’m hoping that we get yet another beautiful environment to play through. Both of the previous episodes have given us gorgeous, varied locales. I’m interested to see what they do with Poseidon’s lair.
The third and final episode of The Fate of Atlantis drops on July 16. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Ubisoft is currently running their summer sale, so now is a great chance to pick the game up.
