Torment of Hades is part two of Assassin's Creed Odyssey's Fate of Atlantis campaign. Where part one took you to the beautiful, lush Fields of Elysium, part two takes you to the Underworld to face off against Hades and his monstrous pet dog Cerberos. In a relatively lengthy gameplay trailer, Ubisoft showed off everything players can expect when the update releases tomorrow. Check it out below.

The barren wasteland that is Hades' Underworld is a sharp contrast from part one of this three-part DLC.  The land of the dead may not look as lovely as the Fields of Elysium, but it is just as deadly.

After killing Hades' pet dog, you'll find that you've unleashed all manner of baddies on the dead. You'll need to travel around the Underworld to seal off various parts of the Tartaros Rift that you accidentally opened up. During this, you'll deal with new Isu soldiers and metal Kolossi who have followed you from Elysium. These powered-up troops have their own special skills that can quickly turn the tide of battle out of your favor. Luckily, you'll get access to a few of your own super-powered abilities that should even things out.

During the campaign, Hades sends you out to recruit four champions straight out of Greek mythology. You'll meet Perseus, Achilles, Agamemnon, and Hereakles. Unfortunately, the only way to recruit them is to beat them in battle. And they look to be no joke. You will also come into contact with old enemies you've defeated in the main campaign. Once you beat them down again, they'll give you access to legendary armor that should help you on your path to discovering the fate of Atlantis.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey: Torment of Hades will be out on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on June 4.
