Upcoming Capcom beat-'em-up Asura's Wrath will be jumping on the downloadable content bandwagon.  Post-launch DLC will include one of Street Fighter's most popular characters -- Ryu.  Players who download Ryu will be able to take him on with Asura in classic side-on style combat.

As of now Capcom has only released this screenshot of Ryu and details that he will be released sometime after launch. Best crossover ever?

The story for Asura's Wrath  is a heady, blood-pounding mix of Asian mythology and science fiction. It will be interesting to see how Ryu fits in with all of it, or if he's just a kooky add-on much like that Assassin's Creed costume for Final Fantasy XIII-2.
