Atlus Doing Everything Right With The Cursed Crusade, Lowers MSRP to $39.99

The fine folks at Atlus have been steadily pumping out nuggets of information about their upcoming action/adventure epic The Cursed Crusade for a while now, and with good reason: while the game may not look to have the same kind of polish as the Assassin’s Creed series, it still has an undeniable charm that definitely works in its favor.

Now the publishers have upped the ante and not only announced a release date of October 11, but have also lowered the MSRP of the game considerably, to a very affordable $39.99. Whether this means the game is sucky or that Atlus is trying to curb lack of sales, we can’t be sure. It’s still a smart move on their part though, especially for a new IP that has some very very tough competition in its own genre.

The Cursed Crusade hasn’t been on my radar too much, but it is most certainly is now. We should have more impressions of it before it releases for consoles on October 11.
