Atlus is Bringing Dragon’s Crown to North America in 2013

Dragon’s Crown was a pretty big hit at last year’s E3, especially because of the fact that it’s coming to both the PS3 and the Vita and, of course, that it is developed by Vanillaware. It was originally supposed to be published by UTV Ignition, but now it seems Atlus is taking over the publishing right of the title in Japan and North America.

Atlus, of course, has a very strong localization team on this side of the Pacific, and very talented members of their staff on both continents, so it’s bound to be a pretty decent thing to hear that they’re now responsible for publishing the game. The only downside is that the game is being pushed back into 2013. You can check out the sparsely populated official site for some general game details. I’m sure more info will be forthcoming. If you’re as pumped about this action RPG as I am, I’m sure you’ll be paying pretty close attention to it moving forward.
