A sneak peek at the production process for Attack On Titan Season 4: Part 3 was recently shared in a special program by NHK, keeping fans hyped for the finale which is set to air sometime in 2023.The official Twitter account of NHK's special television program, titled 100-Camera Stories, has shared a video of inside the MAPPA studio, where several animators can be seen working dedicatedly on the Attack on Titan Season 4 finale. The 30-second short clip shows the animators working on Eren Yeager's human form and his Founding Titan form, which hints at how much the latter is going to be a crucial part of the upcoming story. A few panels in the video also show the design of Beast Titan.RELATED: Top Attack On Titan Episodes, RankedAlthough the behind-the-scenes look at the Attack On Titan finale was exciting to many, fans also noted how exhausted many of the animators appeared to be. Not only do the eyes of the production team appear to be swollen, one animator can even be seen rubbing his eyes in the footage. In another panel, we can see one of the animators patting his face to wake himself up.

This resulted in a mixed reaction from fans on Twitter. Some fans were certainly excited at the small glimpse of the Attack On Titan finale, while others were disappointed that there was still no sign of a trailer. As for the exhausted animators working hard on the finale, one fan even tweeted, "Feel you bro, working extra hard for Mappa!"

Alongside the release of the Attack On Titan finale, MAPPA has various other projects in the works. In June 2022, it was revealed that the studio would be working on the second season of Vinland Saga, as well as Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku, and Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill. Their upcoming movie projects include Yuri!!! on Ice the Movie: Ice Adolescence, Alice and Therese's Illusion Factory, and Zombie Land Saga the Movie.
