According to the official preview, the final episode of Attack on Titan is titled "The Dawn of Humanity." In the manga, it is the 130th chapter of the series, so the episode will cover the entirety of the chapter.
The official synopsis of the website states, "What we saw that day. What we talked about on that day. What we chose that day. That was all he ever wanted. Nothing has changed for him."
The synopsis clearly states that everything that has happened in everyone's life in AoT has happened at Eren's will. Things played out exactly how Eren wanted, and there's nothing that Eren doesn't know.
