Yesterday, indie developer Auroch Digital released a trailer announcing Mars Horizon, their upcoming space strategy game. It will put players in charge of a major space agency from the start of the space age to humanity's eventual journey to Mars.

While responsible for their space agency, players will research new technology to expand their base and improve their rockets and satellites to launch a variety of different missions.  To further explain how they are translating space engineering into Mars Horizon, Auroch Digital has started a podcast to discuss its development.

The reveal trailer below shows pre-alpha footage of the game since it is still in development. Auroch Digital released another pre-alpha video of a game earlier this year called Dark Red Future: Blood Red States.

While Mars Horizon does not have an exact release date yet, it will be available sometime in late 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC. You can also head over to Steam to put the game on your wishlist.
