Avoid Droid Zaps Its Way Onto the PS Vita and Into Screenshots

Barry Island, Creative Director of Infinite State Games announced on the PlayStation Blog that Avoid Droid is coming to the PS Vita in “very early” 2014.

In Avoid Droid, fruit appears in sync with a drum beat of ever-increasing tempo. Players rack up points by exploding fruit and destroying robots. As fruit explodes, it creates a chain with nearby fruit to add more points. The game will include a Time Attack mode, Chill Out mode and a Mission Mode with 50 challenges. Island further added that they are currently working on tilt, touch and analogue stick controls.

In addition to this announcement, Infinite Games released two screen shots of Avoid Droid, which can be viewed in the gallery below.
