It's E3 season, which means lots of exciting announcements ahead and plenty of reports and rumors that are sure to pop up.

There are numerous rumors around a new Nintendo Switch Pro, as well as games like Fable and many others.

The latest report that seems to have surfaced regards one of Platinum Games' mysterious, and slightly forgotten titles, Babylon's fall.

What is the Story so Far with Babylon's Fall?

Babylon's Fall was first revealed during the Square Enix conference at E3 back in 2018.

Little was shown of the game that year, other than a cinematic trailer showing off some high fantasy elements including glowing knights, giant swords and even bigger castles.

The game then went silent, before popping up again during a PlayStation State of Play.

This time, we got a look at some fast-paced gameplay, looking like exactly what you'd expect from Platinum. Unfortunately, that's the last we got to see of the game.

Aside from reports that the team is now working from home, and a minor confirmation from Yosuke Saito that the game is still moving, there's not been a lot to report.

What's the Latest Information?

As always, take these rumors with a pinch of salt, however, it appears that the game could be about to resurface, just in time for E3 this year.

According to SteamDB (via Reddit) a listing has popped up on Steam for "BABYLON'S FALL (Closed Beta Test)" with the last edit on June 1.

While it's no guarantee something's coming, there's a possibility that, because of this, it could appear at E3 in some capacity.

We'll be sure to update this post should any more information come to light around this Babylon's Fall beta.
