Twitter user @RyGuy176 posted a Dragon Ball: Xenoverse error image that quickly spread like wildfire when fans discovered that they couldn't play online and that according to the error message, the online features are no longer supported. The image had the following message:

Bandai Namco responded shortly after by saying that online support will not be shut down and the error message was inaccurate.

Well there you have it. Dragon Ball: Xenoverse fans wont have to worry about the online features going away anytime soon.
