Bandai Namco announced that they'd be hosting a special  Dragon Ball FighterZ livestream on Monday, December 18.

According to the Bandai Namco US' official Twitter account, we should be getting some new announcements about the upcoming Dragon Ball Z fighting title. Furthermore, a slew of popular streamers and YouTubers like Maximilian Dood, Rhymestyle, and Perfect Legend will also be making guest appearances on the stream.

Earlier this week we got a new trailer for Dragon Ball FighterZ that confirmed three different characters from the newest iteration in the long-running series, Dragon Ball Super. Hit, Beerus, and Goku Black will all be making appearances in FighterZ. On Twitter, Bandai Namco tweeted that the livestream will be a "hit," followed by a little smirking emoji. So the company is clearly alluding to some new details about these characters from Dragon Ball Super, or more specifically, Hit.

The last group of fighters announced for Dragon Ball FighterZ all hailed from the Majin Buu Saga. You can check out the trailers for Gotenks, Kid Buu, and Adult Gohan if you haven't already.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC on January 26. Bandai Namco has said the title could make its way onto the Nintendo Switch if the demand is there.
