Today, Polish developer The Farm 51 and publisher Bandai Namco announced that their surrealistic horror game, Get Even, which was supposed to launch on May 26th, has been delayed to June 23rd in the light of last night's attack in Manchester, England.

For those that don't know: Get Even tells the story of a burned-out mercenary named Cole Black. In the game, there is a scene where Black is faced with the task of freeing a young woman who has an activated bomb around her neck.

Thus out of the respect for the victims in last night's Manchester attacks, Bandai Namco has pushed the game back close to a month. The publisher issued the following statement:

"Given recent events and out of respect we have decided to postpone the commercial release of Get Even to June 23rd. We would like to express our deepest condolences to everyone concerned."

Get Even is poised to release on PS4, PC, and Xbox One. Additionally, we at DualShockers would like to extended our deepest condolences to all victims of last night's attack.
