The roster of Batman: Arkham City, the sequel to the stellar Batman: Arkham Asylum, continues to grow.  This week, developers Rocksteady Studios announced on GT.TV that one of the DC universe’s premier mercenaries, Deadshot, will be appearing in the game to take a few shots at Batman.  Initially, the merc comes to Gotham with a specific list of targets to eliminate.  However, Batman will soon find himself on this list as he comes closer to capturing Deadshot through examining various murder scenes around Gotham.

A grittier looking Deadshot joins a growing roster that not only includes villains from the first game such as the Joker and Harley Quinn, but also new enemies like Two-Face and the Penguin.  In addition to the new villains, Batman will also get some new gadgets, including some toys from Mr. Freeze, such as the ability to freeze enemies.  Arkham City just continues to get more and more awesome.
