Batman: Arkham Knight Returns to Steam, Offers Free Games and Team Fortress 2 Content

Batman: Arkham Knight, one of the year’s biggest titles, suffered an egregious PC port on release that was eventually pulled from Steam. WB Games apologized for the port and promised to fix the game and compensate players who had already purchased the game. Arkham Knight returned to Steam today, and seems to be working. Interestingly enough, the negative reviews of the game can still be seen on Steam, but tagged as ‘pre-release’.

As an added bonus for those who purchase the game, WB is offering free digital copies of the entire series so far: Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Origins and Arkham Origins: Blackgate. To redeem these games, players must buy Arkham Knight by November 16, 2015. The titles will be added to users’ libraries sometime in December.

A partnership with Valve is also in the works to offer Batman-themed cosmetic items for Team Fortress 2 for owners of Arkham Knight on Steam. The content will be user-designed, and submissions are being accepted now through November 16.
