The first part of Batman: The Long Halloween has just premiered, but what date will ‘Part 2’ of the DC animated movie release around the world?

It isn’t often that a production company will release the trailer for ‘part 2’ before the first part has even aired, but that’s exactly what Warner Bros. and DC have done.

The latest feature film in the DC Universe Animated Original Movies line will be Batman: The Long Halloween, an adaptation of a 13-issue limited series from 1996

This has, understandably, drawn a lot of attention from fans around the world, who are now curious as to what date Part 2 of Batman: The Long Halloween will release.

The first part of Batman: The Long Halloween released on June 22nd, 2021 - you can read more about this here.

Some of the voice cast for the opening part includes Jensen Ackles as Batman, Josh Duhamel as Harvey Dent, Troy Baker as Joker, Alastair Duncan as Alfred and Naya Rivera as Catwoman.

Batman: The Long Halloween Part 2…

  • At the time of writing, Batman: The Long Halloween Part 2 is scheduled to release digitally on July 27th and on Blu-Ray on August 10th/

A Fall 2021 release was actually reported last August by IGN, which was further confirmed today with the debut of the trailer- see below.

Alongside the trailer came news of some more additions to the voice cast:

  • Robin Atkin Downes as Scarecrow and Thomas Wayne
  • John DiMaggio as the Mad Hatter
  • Laila Berzins as Sofia Falcone
  • Jim Pirri as Sal Maroni
  • Zach Callison as Young Bruce Wayne
  • Gary Leroi Gray and Rick Wasserman as unknown characters.
