In just a few weeks, superhero fans young and old will finally see one of the most long-awaited showdowns in history with Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, though you can get in on the action a bit earlier with new DLC coming to the mobile version of Injustice that will let you live out the fight as you want.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced that a new update has gone live for the iOS version of Injustice: Gods Among Us (with an Android release to follow), with new DLC being added in connection with this month's release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice in theaters.

The new Dawn of Justice DLC will bring new character models for Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman based on their appearances in the film, along with new gear, that can be unlocked in the game's Challenge Mode or through Early Access and Booster Packs.

From March 3rd to April 13th, players can unlock Superman and Wonder Woman in Challenge Mode, or pay to unlock the characters immediately through Early Access Packs and including new gear and Power Credits.

The update also provides the "Gold Booster Pack" that also provides players the chance to unlock Batman in the game, while a "Gear Locker" Pack contains various character accessories and gear inspired by the film, such as Batman's Cowl, Clark Kent's Glasses, and Women Woman's Golden Lariat.

Alongside the Dawn of Justice content, the new update for the mobile version also adds two more villains from the DC Universe with Black Adam and Sinestro to the game.

The new update is available now for the iOS version of Injustice: Gods Among Us, while the update will follow soon for Android - in the meantime, you can check out a new trailer featuring the new Dawn of Justice content below:
