It's apparent that WB Games Montreal is working on a new Batman game of some kind. While nothing has been revealed yet, the studio has continued to tease this mysterious project on multiple instances. Rumors indicate that the game will be associated with the villainous Batman group, the Court of Owls, but that has yet to be confirmed. One thing that has now been confirmed though is that longtime Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy will not be associated with the title. Speaking to publication JOE, Conroy himself simply said "I'm not" when asked if he'd be involved with the newest Batman game. Conroy continued on stating "I don't know why," in regards to his lack of involvement. While Conroy might not know why he's not involved with WB Montreal's new Batman game though, it seems likely that it would be because Roger Craig Smith, the voice of Batman in Arkham Origins, will instead be the voice of the character. Even though Smith hasn't confirmed as much yet, he has been releasing some tweets as of late that may point to his association with the game. Plus, it would just make sense to see Smith work with WB Montreal again since he has previously.

Of course, this new Batman game hasn't formally been announced just yet, so it's hard to say much with certainty about the title. That being said, it seems all-but-guaranteed to exist and we should hopefully learn more about it soon.

Whenever a formal reveal does come about for this new Batman game, we'll be sure to let you know.
