Battlefield 4 is Getting Free, User-Designed DLC

Earlier this year, The Community Map Project for Battlefield 4 was unveiled and allowed for community input on creating and designing a map from start to finish. Throughout the year, updates on the process have given on Battlelog, the official Battlefield 4 blog, and now the Community Operations downloadable content is ready for players.

The pack includes ‘Operation Outbreak’, the jungle-themed map that players helped to design. The map is apparently infantry-focused and will encourage the use of vehicles like quad bikes and river transports. Check out a playtest trailer for the new content below:

‘Operation Outbreak’ will be free to anyone who owns Battlefield 4 and is expected to release later this fall.
