Battlefield Hardline Expansion Betrayal Set for March Release
A new expansion for Battlefield Hardline has been revealed. Titled “Betrayal”, it will bring in:
- Four intricate maps: Alcatraz, Cemetery, Chinatown, and Thin Ice
- 7 new weapons
- 2 new vehicles
- Customize primary weapons and uniforms with the Gun Bench Super Feature, and test them at the Gun Range
- New Assignments and Legendary weapon camos
When Betrayal launches, all players of the base game will receive a free update containing eleven new weapons and new server presets. Gold Battlepacks that are opened have a chance to unlock an entire weapon license for use. An image accompanying the announcement showcases a cop and robber facing off wielding swords. Whether or not that will be a new melee weapon feature remains to be seen.
