Battlefield Premium Sells 800,000 Subscriptions in Two Weeks

EA announced their Premium add-on to Battlefield 3 awhile back to mixed results of interest across the board. However since going live they’ve announced that they have sold over 800,000 subscriptions to the service which MCV puts in the range of approximately $40 million in revenue. In light of this it looks like they’re interested in spreading this mechanic to other franchises and it’s hard to blame them when the end result is so clear.

Once again the numbers stand up for themselves.
