Bayonetta 2 on Wii U is keeping fans of the wild Bayonetta series waiting eagerly for 2014, but an anime adaptation of the game series is also sure to keep fans happy when it hits in other territories next year.

Bayonetta: Bloody Fate, an anime adaptation produced by SEGA and Gonzo and under the direction of Bayonetta's artist, Mari Shimazaki, and Fuminori Kizaki (Afro Samurai), has released in Japan after launching in theaters on November 23rd, the anime has now been confirmed to be heading to Australia and New Zealand in 2014.

Madman Entertainment, the anime's distributor, confirmed the news that Bayonetta: Bloody Fate will be heading to these territories next year, an exact release timeframe is still unknown, along with any indication of whether it will be localized for North America or other territories: stay tuned for more details.
