During the N7 livestream, Bioware just showcased a new piece of concept art of the next Mass Effect, that still doesn't have a final name.

It was also mentioned that several developers from Dragon Age: Inquisition are joining the next Mass Effect team to help "bring the game to the next level."

According to the developers, the goal is not to simply make "Mass Effect 4," but to really bring the franchise forward by introducing a lot of new concepts, and that it will be the "biggest Mass Effect yet."

The first two pieces of concept art show the Mako, and the devs mentioned that the new experience with it is completely different from the past and a lot of fun, with many at the studio that spend a lot of time just driving around.

Interestingly, the fourth and fifth concepts below were mentioned to be about the architecture for new alien species created for the new game, presumably for a peaceful and a hostile species respectively.

The sixth concept shows an environmental scan skill or tech which will fit the theme of exploration that permeates almost every aspect of the game.

Of course all the concepts look absolutely lovely. This game seriously can't come early enough.
