Ever since the legendary author of Berserk, Kentarou Miura, passed away, manga fans have been wondering about the manga's future. Well, recently, the editorial department at Berserk confirmed that the Kentarou Miura's legendary manga series would continue in the upcoming Young Animal Issue.

Started in 1989 by Kentarou Miura, Berserk has around 364 chapters collected in over 41 volumes. The manga series garnered the attention of millions of worldwide fans because of its characters, story, and beautiful art. However, last year, the entire community was heartbroken when Miura passed away due to aortic dissection.

At the time, there were no official statements from the Berserk's editorial department or from Miura's students regarding the Berserk's continuation. After the release of Chapter 364, which was presumably the final chapter Miura worked on, the editorial confirmed that the future of Berserk is still uncertain. The staff stated that they wanted to make a decision considering what Miura would have wished if he had been here. However, at the time, Miura's assistants weren't sure that continuing the author's work was a good idea.
