Berserk for PS4, PS Vita and PC Gets More Direct Feed Screenshots and Info on Weapons and Game Flow

Today Koei Tecmo released another batch of screenshots and information on the upcoming Berserk Musou by Koei Tecmo, that for now is tentatively named simply “Berserk” for the western market.

First of all, we learn about the flow of the game. Before each battle there will be an introduction event, that will showcases the history of the battle and the circumstances around Guts. After that, combat will occur, letting players enjoy the Musou-style action. There might even be events within the battle itself.

After each battle, there will be another event scene that will show the aftermath, and display the events connecting to the next battle.

We also get more info ion secondary weapons. Guts will continue to expand his equipment with the progression of the story. For instance, in the middle of the Conviction Arc there will be an event in which Rickert will provide Gits will new equipment, providing the secondary weapon “explosive bombs.”

Another example of secondary weapon provided by Rickert is the automatic crossbow, that he will modify for Guts in order to enable automatic fire.

The game will release in Japan on September 21st for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita and worldwide this fall, losing the PS3 version and getting one on Steam.
